DJI CARE REFRESH (PHANTOM 4 PRO) - EXTRA WARRANTY
DJI Care Refresh is an effective, comprehensive warranty for your DJI Phantom 4 Pro, offering you greater peace of mind every time you fly.
Get prioritized replacement units, greatly reducing the time it takes for you to get back in the air.
For a small additional charge DJI Care Refresh offers up to two replacement Phantom 4 Pro units. The replacements will be in new or as-new condition in terms of performance and reliability.

The DJI Care Refresh is an extra warranty provided by DJI. Please read the details below:
- This only applies to new Phantom 4 Pro and un-activated aircraft.
- If the Phantom 4 Pro has a problem and it's within the Warranty, this claim will fall under the warranty claim as usual.
- If the Phantom 4 Pro has a problem but its out of the Warranty period (e.g. Crashed), DJI will provide a quote for the repair.
- Customers can decide to pay for the cost to repair the Phantom 4 Pro.
- If customer has the DJI Care Refresh for the Phantom 4 Pro they can choose to pay another AUD139 for first time replacement by a Refurbished machine.
- If the machine has a problem again and is out of warranty (e.g. Crashed again), the customer can choose to pay another AUD199 for a 2nd replacement by a refurbished machine.
- The customer has only two chances of replacement. The DJI Care Refresh will expired after the 2nd replacement request.
- The period of the extra warranty is valid for 12months.

When the DJI Care Refresh is purchased, you will receive an email from one of the Action gear Australia support team asking that you reply to the email stating that you agree with the DJI Terms and Conditions found on this page: http://www.dji.com/service/djicare-refresh/info#s5
Once you write back to the email stating that you agree to the DJI Car Refresh Terms and Conditions, we will send a serial number that will be used with your Brand New or Unactivated DJI Phantom 4 Pro details to be activated register your DJI Care Refresh.
*** Each time you request a replacement, you will receive a drone that is new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability.
*** The replacement drone will be an Refurbished Drone, it WILL NOT be brand new drone.
*** The DJI Care Refresh ONLY apply to Aircraft, Gimbal or Camera, but NOT the Remote controller, charger etc.
